Peter was very professional and took good care of us. I had called him out to do a simple roof inspection and we had agreed on the price beforehand. Once he got up there, he realized there was a considerable more amount of work. Without asking me, or asking for more money, he took care of all of the necessary issues. Peter was very professional and took good care of us. I had called him out to do a simple roof inspection and we had agreed on the price beforehand. Once he got up there, he realized there was a considerable more amount of work. Without asking me, or asking for more money, he took care of all of the necessary issues. He took pictures and showed me what was wrong and how he corrected it. There was a considerable amount of mold/mildew build up on the roof as there were trees sitting on it. He spent literally hours scraping off the mildew and getting the roof looking prestine. He took pictures of that too and offered to come back in 45 days to inspect again.
