I had a week multi-week work trip and vacation planned during the project, and they were incredibly flexible, coordinating their work around my availability with no issues. They showed true professionalism and attention to detail, even coming back multiple times just to make sure the job was done right. Communication was exceptional throughout. Ben, in particular, kept me updated with regular phone calls and texts, always making sure I was satisfied with each step. The crew was friendly and always arrived when they promised. They kept the project on track and maintained a neat, clean work area after each visit, which I really appreciated having a newborn in the house.
