Best-in-class!! Words cannot explain how pleased I am with this system. Tesla powerwall 3 with an additional 15 solar panels were installed 2 days ago and I could not be happier. After having a less than adequate system installed 5 years ago, I contacted Origin for a quote. Ronnie was extremely honest. He could have easily oversold me on the system, but he has a heart and told me exactly what I needed. After the first day I can say, I am not pulling anything from the grid. In fact I'm sending back. The powerwall 3 charges during the day as the sun shines and the panels power the house. At night the battery drains and I do not use any energy from the grid. The next morning the battery charges up again and the process repeats! The process was so simple. An in home visit with Ronnie, the scheduler called, equipment was delivered and installed the next business day. Installers explained everything thoroughly, asked me if what they planned was OK, kept me informed throughout the process, were professional and courteous the entire time. Within just a few hours everything was cleaned up. (Better than it was when they came in) The installers were extremely careful and considerate taking real pride in the work that they do. After the install, Tim walked me through the app and ensured I knew how to operate everything about the entire system. Upon my own inspection, there was not a single screw, clamp, bolt or empty packaging left in the yard. The solar panels are installed cleanly and nearly flush with the roof. There are no visible wires and the equipment on the side of the house is very clean looking and professional as well. It will for sure last the Florida weather. Regrets? Not a single one. I never write reviews, but this company does things the right way. In a field where horror stories run rampant about people being taken advantage of there is NO DOUBT this company and their employees do the right thing, all of the time. A local company, providing superior customer service and a high quality product in an honest way. If you have ANY interest in going solar, getting a battery backup or even just a quote. Give them a call. You will stop looking after talking to this company, because they'll be doing the installation in a week or so.
