David did a phenomenal job inpecting the first house I will potentially buy, very informative and detail oriented, thoroughly inspected the crawlspace and identified multiple plumbing leaks, electrical sockets that don't have ground, heat not working but ac does, water heater not currently functional. If you need someone to properly inspect and note what's wrong with the property at a reasonable price. David Is the man for the mission.
