10/10 I genuinely could not recommend him enoughMichael is a lovely guy and really pleasant to deal with. On top of that his work was excellent, he pays attention to detail and you can tell he takes pride in his work.We've had him round to do three different jobs at our house including replacing a hot water unit, fixing our toilet and installing a new sink and dishwasher. He has been excellent every time and very well priced. After having bad experiences with plumbers asking ridiculous prices for average work in the past, Michael is an absolute gem.

Michael helped me out with a stormwater investigation issue. Came out and CCTV'd the pipe. Couldn't resolve the issue conclusively so came back another day and put the camera down a recently excavated pipe for no extra charge. Helped me out of a bind really quickly and really helpful.

Michael recently resolved a problem with our leaking patio roof, he was extremely efficient and helpful, solved the problem, showed us photos of what he was doing and was such a lovely person. I highly recommend him to anyone reading this review.

We called on Michael to help with our temperamental hot water unit. I chose him based on his close proximity to us and positive Google reviews. We were not disappointed! He came out twice to try and locate the issue and did not leave until he was satisfied that all was working well. Excellent communication, attended within 24 hours and persevered to fix the issue. I will definitely call on him for any plumber needs.

Great local business. Normally I take reviews with a pinch of salt as we all should.After experiencing Michael's service today, I reckon the other reviews are accurate and would not hesitate to recommend MTR to anyone who wants a good honest plumber.Very prompt, positive professional communication. Also I like his systematic approach to problem solving, and clear explanation in layman's terms of what was going on.Hoping that we won't ever have to need you at our place again, but if 'sheeeet' happens again at least we know who to call :p
