This was our first time buying a home. I was so overwhelmed and my sister gave me Melanies number. We just purchased our first home TODAY and I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without her. She was so amazing the whole time. I didn't even have a realtor and she walked me through everything. She answered every question and was always available to me. Even weekends, nights, and holidays! She gave me projected costs on every home of interest before I found "the one." After we found our home and started that part of the process, Kevin sent us weekly updates just letting us know how it was going and where we were at in the process. Did I mention she also fought in my corner in every situation? She was able to get the dates I requested and worked with the sellers lawyer choice all while making the closing happen faster!
