We are seniors without dental insurance and find the prices more reasonable than in the US and getting excellent dental care.

A fantastic experience and tremendous results. I am Canadian and have visited Costa Rica Playa Conchal many times. On vacation people at the pool were raving about this office. I decided to go and complete extensive dental work needed for multiple thousands more in Canada and thanks to the dentist and several referrals the experience and mostly the detailed results were outstanding. My experience at Cabo Velas Dental was extremely positive. I had 9 teeth in total fixed. Including crowns and bridges. I am completely satisfied. It was all done in 3 appointments!!!! I have recommended my friends to go and see Marcela.

Our experience at Cabo Velas Dental was absolutely awesome!!! They are so professional and thorough. Can’t recommend them enough. I had a cleaning. My husband had 2 bridges put in and some crowns done. Completely satisfied, 3 appointments and everything is done.

Terrible experience at this dentist. Got my wisdom teeth removed here. Dentist was chatting with random people during the extraction, I could feel the dentist tugging very hard, they never asked me if I was okay. She prescribed me the wrong painkillers and I ended up at the hospital twice due to extreme pain. My face was swollen for 14 days. Also got a dental cleaning here and she was super rough and it hurt badly. She told me I needed a root canal, went to a different dentist and they said I absolutely did not need a root canal. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. Go to the dentist in Potrero, she is kinder and more gentle.

Dr. Porras and her team at the clinic were all so very impressive. I have a real fear of having dental work done. But Dr. Marcela Porras made me feel calm and relaxed. I completed all the work and I am happy with the results. The recovery took a little longer, but now I am enjoying a beautiful smile. I highly recommend Cabo Velas for all your professional dental needs.

The worst dentist in Costa Rica. My girlfriend left a negative review and they removed it not to lose clients. She has her teeth done in January 2024 and whilst removing one of her wisdom teeth they damaged her nerves. She was left with excruciating pain for more than a month unable to work and she ended up paying thousands to repair it. Once she complained, the dentist never responded. Make yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
