From the second you walk into this place you feel warm and welcome. The lobby is extremely bright, comfortable, and super cute. There are several places to sit. It’s very clean. And the reception staff is awesome. Everyone who works there is extra friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The best part is the Executive Director/Creator of Firm Sculpt, Sebastian, is always there. He cares about the brand and about the clients, and makes sure everything goes smoothly. Which is so rare at an establishment. I went in to get a Skin Pen treatment. I didn’t know much about it but Elisa did my treatment and I felt so at peace. I was really worried about the pain factor. And she calmed me down and made me feel like it was just another normal day. She applied numbing cream. Waited awhile. And then started treatment. I can gladly say the treatment barely hurt at all. She did a great job. As is expected my face was super red, but not bleeding at all. And by the next day I was completely back to normal complexion. The whole process took almost three hours but flew by. I’m excited to see the results once I’m fully healed. And I’m excited to go back for more treatments!

This is the most professional business I’ve ever been to, and they really listen to you about your body and what you want to accomplish. I was quoted in other clinics for the same procedure, but I am happy my daughter met Sebastian the director of firm sculpts who offers great alternatives. They’re amazing! I only got my abdominal area done and I’m very happy with my results! The facility is stunning, calm, relaxing, and chic. The staff is warm, friendly, and accommodating. Dr. Chua was forthcoming with answering all my questions. He was frank and honest with his answers. I knew exactly what to expect with my results. The procedure was quick. My downtime was minimal. The entire experience was remarkable. I love my results! I highly recommend it. Firm sculpt team you rock.

What a great experience! I'm the type of person who uses regular soap (bar soap) to clean their face and I don't really pay much attention to proper skin care. A friend of mine was finally able to convince me to get a real facial because my skin needed it. I was skeptical at first and hesitant to spend what it cost for a hydrafacial. Not only was it worth the cost, it was also very eye-opening to see what my face looked like having all the impurities removed from it. It is actually gross to see what comes off your face if you've never taken care of it properly. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel at home. The whole experience was amazing and I highly recommend it, especially if you're like me and work in the sun, don't take proper care of your skin and want to help diminish the effects of years of improper skin care.
