Sarah's training sessions were always a joy to attend, even at 7am when you're not a morning person!
As someone who always struggled to commit to or find passion and enthusiasm in fitness, Sarah's approach succeeded where many have failed. She targeted my training to my needs, with zero mentions of weight or diet, purely focusing on building my strength and capabilities. It was incredibly refreshing.
On top of that, she's just a fun person to be around and creates a really pleasant, encouraging atmosphere, which helped me get over a lot of self-consciousness. It also really inspired me to challenge myself every session.
