Care2Clean is an amazing cleaning company. They have helped us with our Airbnb for over three years now. Prior to them, it was very challenging to find good help. Since we found Care2Clean, my life has changed for the better. It was so stressful always worrying about the cleaning jobs from prior companies we used, as we have had some difficulties with poor communication, no shows on dates when new guests were to arrive, etc, etc. but not with Care2Clean. Jhenny Coordinates all of the scheduling and is honestly so accommodating and kind. She is so polite and willing to jump in and help when needed and always tries to make whatever we need happen.Eve is an incredible cleaner but more importantly, an incredible person. She is so detail oriented and consistent. She is kind, communicative, and so self sufficient, as well as more than capable to handle anything that comes her way. She takes care of pur airbnb exactly they way I would. Nicole is also so great at what she does. Always happy and ready to do what is needed. Eve and Nicole always do an amazing job for us. Tamara and Alejandro are also equally as incredible. They are always so attentive and welcoming. Always smiling and ready and willing to step in to help. They are very detail oriented as well and they are always striving to make things better each and every time. Both teams go above and beyond and we are so very grateful for each and every person who helps us on a weekly basis. Needed a bit of a rush job - Care2clean came to the house the next day and their cleaners were detailed and careful and thorough. They brought a range of products and equipment to clean all surfaces. And they were also super nice. Definitely recommend and definitely will use again.

Care2Clean was recommended to me by my father. He was impressed by the work they did. So when I needed help with my apartment, they are who I turned to. And I am so happy I did. I had to move from a single dwelling 4 bedroom home after over 20 years and chose Care2Clean over the other competitors for 1 reason! JENNY!- she was absolutely wonderful to deal with and was so careful to follow up and ensure that we were on the same page throughout the whole process. On cleaning day, one of her team called me to make sure that some of the items that I left behind were supposed to be there. To me, that was total dedication to the task it and strengthened our customer/client relationship. Flat out, I am extremely happy with Care2Clean.They were easy to work with, tailored their work exactly to our needs, were prompt and completed all the work on schedule for a very reasonable price.Calling from Ontario, I needed my daughter's apartment in Vancouver tidied and cleaned. Clutter had to be cleared away before the regular cleaning tasks could begin. Unlike other companies I spoke with, this was easily discussed and arranged with Jhenny at Care2Clean. They were able to provide next day service and the results were amazing. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work in every respect and I am able to recommend them confidently.
