First, Chris Miller came to provide me with an estimate which was very fair. Then the appointment was scheduled for a few weeks later. The crew arrived on time at my home, very professional team of 5 guys. They addressed all my concerns about being careful not to damage my property. They covered my swimming pool with a huge tarp to prevent tree trimmings and sawdust from dropping in the pool…. I was very impressed. Then the team proceeded to prune the trees without climbing the trees. (Climbing Queen palms makes unsightly holes in the trunk which can actually damage the tree and make it more susceptible to disease) Instead they used ladders and where possible, a bucket lift truck. They professionally trimmed each tree, removed the dead tree, cleaned every inch of my property and finished within about 3 hours. The crew explained everything and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. If you want a licensed, insured and professional job done, hire Tip Top. You won’t be disappointed. Less

They went above and beyond my expectation and left our site in a VERY clean condition before they left--all branches, trimmings and leaves were raked up, collected and removed in a much quicker and thorough fashion than I likely would have myself. They did a phenomenal job of trimming, cutting, hauling out and cleaning up. It was a huge mess and a huge tree but it only took a few hours with all their equipment and staff.
