I am extremely pleased that I chose Prime IV Hydration & Wellness as my initial IV experience. The facility was very clean and well designed with decor conducive for therapy. The staff was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Both Taylor and Jessica are the epitome of how clinical staff interactions should be. This was the best IV therapy place i have been to. The very kind and welcoming staff are very transparent with the products and very helpful with choosing something in my budget and aligning with my needs. They were very attentive throughout the process in a quiet manner. The massage chairs was a cherry on top. I left feeling relaxed, comfortable and hydrated.
