I was ringing around for a timing chain replacement on my F30 back in February. I came across one of Denis’s first TikTok videos posted on Facebook by a customer. The customer gave Denis my number & Denis took the time to phone me. We chatted for around 30 minutes and his customer service was top notch. Explained everything he would do, how he would do it, how long it would take, how much he would charge etc etc. I booked in for the following week(he was willing do it the following day) for chain and auto gearbox service. As I was travelling from Kildare Denis offered to meet me half way take the car and meet me half way to return the car but I was happy enough to drive up & leave it with him & return to collect it. Denis kept in touch keeping me up to date and even fitted apple carplay he had removed from a car he was scrapping, free of charge. We spent around 30 minutes chatting when I collected the car and he told my he was moving from his home garage into a bigger unit and going full time and asked if I would leave a review when he was up and running. Denis, much appreciated for your time and top notch service. Best of luck.
