Just wanted to take a minute to brag on Dr. Landry. About 2 months ago, I was at my regular weekly visit for adjustments for myself and my 3 small children. When it was my turn to get adjusted, Dr. Landry said to me, “The way your skin reacts when I adjust you is similar to my patients who have fibromyalgia.” Although this wasn’t exactly good news, his simple observation was a catalyst in my healing. I thought the pain I had been experiencing was just normal postpartum pain (yes it was more so this time but I also had more kids to deal with). So I started talking to my mom who has fibromyalgia too, and this was enough to confirm to me that yes, this was in fact what I was dealing with. In the world or modern medicine, an official diagnosis of fibromyalgia takes 5 years and even then they prescribe anti-depressants which I am not a fan of. I didn’t have that kind of time to wait to get out of pain so I started digging deeper. I determined that I needed to go on an exclusively plant based diet and after only a month of doing this, I am almost entirely pain free. Prior to this, it had gotten so bad that every time my children cried, screamed, or cried, I would experience it as pain in my body. At the end of the day, I couldn’t lift my baby out of the bathtub or in and out of his crib because my back was going out at the end of each day. I was starting to develop PPD because of it. I know getting adjustments play a big part in my recovery, but Dr. Landry’s simple observation that this may be what I was dealing with based on what he’d seen in other patients was exactly the missing piece I needed at this point in my healing journey. I was ready to get out of pain and I’m overjoyed that the Lord helped Dr. Landry facilitate that. Praise the Lord! Less

Our son is a very quiet baby and well behaved around strangers, but when Dr Landry came out for the group "class" before going over everyone's x-rays, he joked that I should take my son in back and take a belt to him if he made any noise. I assumed this was a joke in bad taste from someone unfamiliar with American culture, so I let it slide with only a look. He then confused the teenage boy behind us for a girl, who had an obviously male name tag on. When the boy corrected him, he said "oh, its because of your hair". He then proceeded to tell me I should leave and go to the waiting room with my son. I've never been made to feel more unwelcome at any business. This Dr. needs to understand that new patients are there to interview him to see if we want to hire him as our caregiver. Based on how my family was treated tonight, I dont understand how anyone would go back for a second visit. I am appalled at the way we were treated. This is not a family friendly business by any means, don't let the Christian music playing fool you. Less
