I had a knee replacement with the ACL being torn in 1973 and an ACL done in 1990. I never slowed down doing running, hiking, MTB biking, dirt biking till my knee was bone on bone with much scar tissue. I could not get my knee to bend after my my knee replacement and it was very stiff after 3 months. Ellora and Emma got my knee bending within a couple of weeks and now it is fully functional. It has been 9 months since my operation and it is still getting better all because of PPC. They are the best.

I had a LOT of pain in my right (dominant) metacarpal-carpal joint and was essentially unable to use my right hand for much, except the farmer's hold, which is NOT how I hold my cup of coffee in the morning. Dang, I was in a painful predicament! Regenerative shockwave therapy and PT eliminated forearm pain and allowed me to resume use of my hand for all the things I do with it -- which is just about everything! Due to my age and a lifetime of "hand-use" I know that this is now a vulnerable joint, so I do modify how and how much I do with that hand. I had a really positive experience working with this physical therapy office and their entire staff. From the beginning, they were knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in my progress.What stood out most to me was their approach to teaching. Instead of just handing me a list of exercises, they took the time to explain the why behind what we were doing. That made a huge difference for me and gave me the confidence to continue my recovery independently outside of the office. I know if I need this office in the future they are here and happy to help continue my care and I would not hesitate to go back to them.I learned a lot of valuable information that I’ll carry with me moving forward, and I truly felt supported throughout my time there. I would absolutely recommend this facility to friends, family, or anyone looking for high-quality physical care across a wide range of needs.
