Charles is the best. This will be my second year and I have no complaints. I had two small issues but the took care of it right away and worked with me regarding the storage. Charles was super easy to work with. His pricing is fair, his services were realistic (timing wise) and he did a great job setting expectations on the way to ensure the lights got done in time and look nice. He was always punctual, followed up when I was being a bit scatterbrained (sorry Charles!) and made sure everything was taken care of properly and that we were happy :)
