◦ I had an unusual issue arise when my toilet and adjacent shower overflowed late one afternoon. Since the bathroom had not been used all day and the overflow was very different from anything I had ever experienced, I wasn’t sure what to do. After a 2 hour cleanup, I called A&K Septic and left an emergency message. Preston called me back within a few minutes and suggested we wait until the morning. As promised Preston and his men showed up at 9am and began diagnosing the problem. After an hour and some testing it was still not clear if the system was working correctly. Preston contacted his partner and longtime industry veteran Jim who then stopped by to take a look. Jim then concluded that a former colleague, Mike, had the best tools to assess the problem. Although Mike was booked for the day he carved out time and stopped over. Mike used a camera snake to find a blockage in the main pipe heading to the septic system. He then recommended a plumber who used a snake that he was able to feed 60 feet into the pipe and unclog the blockage. In this entire process, I also uncovered a leaky pipe and Preston lined up another plumber to come over and fix that second issue. His partnerJim returned the following day and installed a much lighter and manageable septic cover, removing the 250 pound cover I had in place. To say the very least the A&K team went above and beyond to help me out of a very difficult situation and much of it was out of their own initiative and compassion to solve a problem. I would highly recommend working with this team, great attitudes and resolve all around.

Fabulous service, in a septic emergency.Our system was backing up, and within 90 minutes of calling, A&K showed up to clear the clog and pump us out. Great service from Stevie and Preston.My highest recommendation!
