If there were six stars, I'd rate A&K that way. I have contracted with them for several services, initially just pumping my septic. They made a few small repairs to make it easier to pump and that was that. Always prompt, always neat and tidy too. Then I bought a new place and needed a lot of additional work, as in putting in a new septic, demolishing an existing home, and excavating for my new home. All I can say is this company gets straight A's from me, and I am a tough grader. A lot of things can go wrong when you are doing that kind of work, and some things did because you cannot predict what might happen. But at every turn, they were there with a workable solution. They are the best (and I've had private sewer here and in another home for 31 years).
