Following a netball injury which resulted in a mallet finger injury i went to see Laura for some treatment . After no change with the NHS my finger now looks so much better will never been straight but the appearance has definitely improved

I have been coming to Umbra for six months - it is amazing . The care and attention given to each individual makes one feel part of the group immediately. I came with very little experience having never really liked 'normal' gyms. This one is different and I so recommend it. Laura ,John and Andie really do care.

Very grateful for all that Laura has done for me so far.
