I have been going to the Lodi location for many years but today was the absolute worst interaction I ever had( in a store- period). I was likely the first customer of the day and there was nobody else in the store when I walked in. I was rudly greeted and I shrugged it off, then the guy comes over and after I tell him the first thing I want says “anything else” in the nastiest way you could possibly say it. I did want other things and I kid you not after each item he said the same thing, making it seem like he couldn’t be bothered and didn’t want to let me browse at all, I was in the store for maybe 3 minutes if that. I had asked for perforated tips and he just pulled regular tips and when I realized he was ringing me up. I questioned them saying I wanted the others and again extremely nasty was told those are the only ones we got. Honestly if that was the case fine, but you could have said that and informed me that you didn’t have what I asked for.I am not one to go and write bad reviews but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had, and honestly will have me looking for other smoke shops in the future because I know the guy that works there and helped me today is always there. If I could give a zero star I would for today’s experience.All it takes is one terrible experience to have a customer gone for life and I’d say that is exactly what happened here today.

Let me start this by saying I have been going to this Aladdin for years now. I have always had good interactions with all of the employees. Some of them remember the vapes I buy and my phone number so I am always in and out. I could go to a closer vape store but I have enjoyed going to this location so I make the trip here. Last Thursday I bought my usual vape. Sunday night I went into the store and let them know that the vape they sold me was defective. It was 100% charged and has 68% remaining in the device. After I showed the employee it didn't work I just asked if they could swap it for a different one. I had swapped vapes out before over the years with no issue. On this night the employee said they had to call the owner. Once they called the owner they told me the owner said all they can do it a 25% discount on other one. I asked what the return policy was that says when it has to be brought back. The employee said there was no provided. So I asked what is the return policy 24 hours. The employee with a confused look went along and said yea 24 hours. I asked again where does it state this to the customer so they know when to bring it back it its defective. The employee stated that it was nowhere. I was told that they knew I was a loyal customer but all they can do is a discount. I am not really bothered by paying for another vape. My issue is I was sold a defective product and when I went for clarification about it no one knew anything and it seemed to be made up on the spot. This is terrible business practice by the OWNER. I realize the employee has no control over this so I really was not mad at them. It is the OWNER who shows they don't value a customer who shops with them for years. I will not be coming back to this location. Sad because there are some good employees who work there but it seems that the OWNER doesn't care enough

The sales person was great on the phone and in person. Very patient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I was able to get a replacement piece that I couldn’t find elsewhere, only online. Definitely coming back
