Getting a new system installed. Gabriel was very professional and answered all my questions. Was even able to get my old system running until they will start the work on the replacement. Update: finished the install, went way faster than estimated. Richie stuck around and cleaned up and showed me my new system. Did a fantastic job.

Air conditioning unit needed service. I found them on a Facebook ad and called. Our technician was Gabriel. He was polite and knowledgeable, explaining what needed to get done and the reason for the repair/replacement. He sat down with us and reviewed the options we had for this old unit we currently have. Alejandro was incredibly helpful and managed to fix our system within 24 hours after getting the correct parts. So grateful do custom air specialist that came right away and prioritized our repair during a heat wave. Amazing communication and service. Honest as well, It’s hard to find contractors that don’t try to just get more money out of you and I was really pleased. They came in fixing the problem without trying to upsell anything else. That kind of service is really rare these days could not recommend them more.

I saw an IG add for a local HVAC company and needed spring maintenance on my AC unit, it is an 8 year old unit that had some failing parts, Gabriel came out and identified the issues, picked up the parts and had my unit running smooth in just a couple of days.Gabriel was honest, respectful and very professional throughout.I was a little apprehensive due to a couple of poor experiences with other companies but Custom air specialists and Gabriel have earned my trust and I’m happy to have found a company that’s in my corner.I will definitely be using their services in the future.Pricing was very fair and not overpriced like most companies.
