I am confident the inspection carried out by William was done thoroughly. The report was clearly stated, from this report I gained a more intimate knowledge of the property and any work that was needed to maintain it in good condition. Some of the work needed seemed a bit overwhelming at first and when I phoned William, according to his instructions to do so, he helped me to understand the situation with my intended property and gave me the confidence to follow through with my own intentions to continue with my purchase.
