Every step of our Better Greenscape experience was positive from start to finish. Vicki drew a beautiful plans, and she is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was like making a new friend. Rogelio and Daniel are strong, polite, and highly competent. They were also very pleasant to work with. Kudos to Brianna, Brian, and Stephanie for their collegial communication.. The end result is a complete transformation of our yard, and we are very proud of the aesthetic.

We had a great experience with Better Green on a major overhaul of our 70+ year-old driveway and backyard landscaping. We had a serious flooding issue caused by the existing grading, and they took it seriously from the start, offering thoughtful suggestions that felt designed to last. I've waited to review Better Green because I wanted to see how my back yard would look after a few months. It was the first time I've had work like that done and was very unsure of the process. In the beginning, I probably drove Bryan Mora, the head project manager, a little crazy with all my questions. But he's a good listener, especially when I tried to explain that I know pavers are generally multiple sizes and placed horizontally, but my only large pavers needed to be placed vertically to draw the eye from the living room to the back yard. My lead landscapers, Christian and another gentleman that I don't remember the name of, were a strong team and both had an incredible amount of knowledge. They were also good at explaining what they were doing and why. The mistake that I made was on the side yard. Just a narrow link from the courtyard to the back yard. I watched the two men take an inordinate of time to carefully center, measure and mark the path for the pavers. When I went out to do the final check, I realized what they had done was perfect to anyone who wasn't me. I didn't have the heart to tell them directly to change it and escalated it to the project manager, Steven. I should have told them directly. Their professionalism didn't falter and they instantly redid the path in the way that only I would ever want. The determination to provide quality work while remaining on budget and schedule were very appreciated. The end project was more than I expected and has taken me a while to get used to having a great back yard.

We hired Better Green a few years ago to completely transform our backyard, which at the time was basically unusable for our kids. I could not be happier. We had new pavers installed, turf put down and a California Room built. Bryan has been amazing through the whole process and our PM Stephen was amazing. Despite rain, they finished the project before I expected them to. They were very communicative, always keeping us updated on what to expect. They truly aim to give you exactly what you want. However, if something isn’t going to work they will tell you and offer the best solution. All of the various crews were courteous and kept the job site clean. We are very impressed with the final result, they have an eye for detail and pride in the finished product.

Professional, tidy, careful and reasonable. Better Green Scapes has worked on many projects in our neighborhood, with overnight transformations! Today Stephen made quick work with the tomcat, removing a section of grass along with 4" of dirt on our parkway so that I could expand my vegetable garden. Better Green Turf did an excellent job with our backyard. Bryan was very professional when showing up for their quote. He brought samples with him as well as giving us suggestions for the design of our yard, and even provided us with a 3D rendering of how our yard would look. He also did an excellent job of handling HOA items. Stephen and Christian were extremely helpful during the entire process as well. Any time we had a concern or a question they were happy to assist. We have recommended Better Green Turf to all our neighbors as we are extremely pleased with their work!
