I have had them do every project imaginable--toilet replacement, tankless water heaters, a complete drain system replacement, clogged drains--and I would not call anyone else. Had this team come to install a new toilet since there was a pipe that needed to be cut to a fix a new flange and I did not have the tools to do so. I was initially quoted at around $250, but when they got here said it would be $525 since the pipe was more difficult than expected. Sure no, problem, I definitely couldn't do it. After they left I discovered scratching all over the brand new tile, obviously from the toilet being dragged around. I contacted them and asked for advice on how they would like to remedy the situation and they said they "covered the floor out of caution" and that there were other people working on the property so it must have been them instead of themselves. As you can guess, I didn't have any contractors in the space. While I'm not accusing them of lying, they are mistaken about anyone else being in the space and perhaps their covering wasn't thick enough. Either way they simply stopped responding to me. I would not use their services again.

I called Joe and asked for an estimate to fix a pipe leak, he asked me to send him a photo of it and almost immediately gave me a price for it...when i asked when they could come and do it, they were here in a few hours. The techs that came were very good and worked really fast. Awesome service!
