I recently hired Complete Chimney Service to rebuild a stainless steel Class A chimney system for my hand-fired coal stove, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Mike was prompt, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. Communication was excellent; he returned my calls quickly and provided a great price for the work. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind me observing the work he and his crew were doing inside and outside of the house.What impressed me most was the comprehensive service: not only did he install the chimney, but also handled the carpentry and shingle work on the roof, ensuring everything was sealed and secure and the fine tuning and tweaking of the various components to make everything custom fit. Mike was so courteous, informative and knowledgeable. I was out of his service area, but due to inability to find assistance anywhere near, Mike came to the rescue. Complete Chimney removed the terracotta flue, cut and installed a clean out door, replaced 3 courses of block at the top, installation of insulated stainless steel liner, insulated my thimble as I went from 8" to 6" pipe and liner, sealed and installed a collar with the stove pipe, installed a chimney cap and screen, and sealed outside edges of chimney with flashing so birds could nolonger build nests anymore. I could not have been more pleased with the work and politeness of this company. I would absolutely recommend.Their attention to safety was remarkable. I was in dire need of this upgrade to be able to burn my stove. It was recommended to replace our stove as well for efficiency. They stated that even though outside their area, their conscience could not let me go through the winter in this way.This country needs more Complete Chimney companies out there. The service was great. No complaint there. Only complaint, he advised added service. I agree that added service is needed, but he recommended the most expensive option first. Then a week later he called and said their was a 2nd cheaper option. Then another week later he called again and told me of a even cheap option. So when dealing with this company, try to have a long conversation the first time and try to get ALL of the options on the table. In the Spring, I will most likely still hire them since the service was good and professionally done.

we got a wood stove insert and new liner for an outdated chimney and fireplace. they recommended the insert, I researched what they recommended and liked it. Any information you need and or want they will provide it to you and if not then at a later date. the communication was executed perfectly. the service was excellent. The interactions with these individuals were also professional and they do not hold knowledge back and safety is top priority. We needed a chimney rebuild, new liner and refit of exhaust for chimney and hot water heater. Mike and Arian did an excellent job even going above and beyond! They fully explained the issues and necessary repairs and handled the required city permit and dealt with the inspector. Plus they are a very friendly and respectful team. Highly recommend them!
