I had the pleasure of meeting a young man who is the owner and operator of Prime Septic, LLC. His name is Beau and he was scheduled to be at my house between 8 am and 11 am. I received a phone call before his arrival informing me that he was getting gas for the truck and then would be right over. Shortly after, the door bell rang and standing there was a clean cut, professional looking young man with a big smile. He extended his arm to shake my hand and then introduced himself. I showed him the location of the septic tank and he continued to inform me of the process and what he would be doing and then began to work. I went back into the house and before I knew it the door bell rang. I answered the door and Beau said " I am all done sir, everything looked great." I guess what impressed me the most about Beau was the fact that he made the whole process pain free. He was polite, informative, confident and had the ability to make me feel comfortable and confident that I chose the right company for the job.
