A year ago, the first part of May, we hired Junior Santos and his company to install almost $8,000 worth of pavers. His work schedule was totally different than what he said. We got through it with his crew having to come back and pull some of the pavers up, but he still has not returned to replace the broken pavers that they put in.The worst was paying him in full and he did not pay his supplier, which is Old Castle, and consequently Old Castle slapped a lien on our home. We paid Junior in full, he pocketed the entire check and left us out to dry with Old Castle. If he doesn’t take care of this soon, we are going to fill out forms for Elder Fraud in Tallahassee and will make a trip to the Sarasota Court House to see what can be done to get our money back and pay off Old Castle for what Junior owes them. I am so disappointed in him. He was such a nice man to talk with and then he does this to us. If he takes care of his debt with us, I will also post that.

The work crew that came to do pavers on our walkway and driveway were great. They took their time and made sure we were satisfied and the finished the job quickly and efficiently.

Santos installed our pavers. We asked the to power wash, repair and seal them. They did a nice job.

Santos USA Construction did our pool deck about three years ago, and recently we started noticing some settling around the skimmer area. Even though our project was already out of the warranty period, they still stepped in and took care of us without hesitation. That level of integrity and commitment to their work is rare.
