Our home was completed by Jason Hicks in 2024 and was a terrific experience. We had lots of flexibility from the design stage through completion. Honesty, communication, and options made our dream home a success and I wouldn't recommend anyone else whether you're doing a new build, renovation, or other. Many custom builders are going to try and sell on what's best for them, not necessarily what you want. Make the call, it's well worth it.

Jason Hicks of Accelerated Construction is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. He built us an amazing 1600 square foot shop several years ago and even the city inspector told us what a good job he was doing. I don’t typically take the time to write detailed reviews, but my experience with Accelerated Construction Services, owned and operated by Jason Hicks, absolutely warrants one. Now if I can only get reviews turned into revenue. Haha.From the start of when I met Jason, he demonstrated a level of professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship that I feel is increasingly rare in the construction industry. Nothing he and his company has done felt cheap or thrown together just so they can move to the next project. He originally built the neighboring home next to mine, and I can confidently say the quality of that build is exceptional. The attention to detail and the overall aesthetic of the home speaks volumes about his standards and pride in his work. I wish I could live in it! And though I know that the neighbors themselves aren't his doing, they are very nice so I'm thankful for the entire process!What truly sets Jason apart, though, is what he does beyond the scope of the job. Without being asked, he took the initiative to plant trees that create a natural privacy barrier between our properties. That kind of consideration is something you don’t often see as it shows he genuinely cares about the people around his projects, not just the project itself. One of the other benefits of the trees was to help keep the neighbor's property from washing down onto mine, since it sets up higher, so I was very appreciative. He also graveled my driveway, which was greatly appreciated. This was due to the initial run off that came into my drive from the construction project. As soon as I spoke with Jason, he immediately jumped on it and began remedying any issues, without any cost to me. What I appreciated about that was his immediate effort. He didn't try to play the blame game or ignore me. On huge projects, issues always arise, but seeing how the took care of them, even when he didn't have to, was awesome.Additionally, when a delivery driver's vehicle drove through my yard and caused a lot of damage, Jason is the one I contacted. This was because he was so great with everything else that I had interacted with him over, so I trusted him. He provided a fair and thorough sod estimate and handled the repair work efficiently and VERY quickly. The end result was perfect and professional. You wouldn’t even know there had been any damage!Communication with Jason has been consistently easy. If I needed to speak to him, a call or text would practically connect us right away. He’s approachable, responsive, and genuinely kind, and he's someone who listens, follows through, and treats people with respect. I know that I felt very respected and valued throughout any business we were conducting. That combination of skill and character is hard to come by in this type of profession. Devan, Got back to me very fast with a quote to replace our broken garbage disposal. He was busy, but was able to fit us into his schedule and replace our garbage disposal. With a very reasonable fee. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs a plumber.

A bad set of circumstances created a large amount of broken pipes that needed to be fixed in a very short amount of time. When another plumber wanted to schedule me in a couple of weeks, Aqua Pure had the job started the very next day.Devan's quick response time & commitment to excellence meant so much as I was facing a tight deadline before closing on the house. They worked hard to get it done by the close date. Devan & Jose both had such a genuine concern for getting the job done well & done quickly, and they were both so compassionate when I talked with them- it made a huge difference to me.These are the guys you want fixing your house, for sure!

We had a very good experience with this company overall. They responded quickly, were professional, and the work itself was excellent. The technician communicated throughout the process and explained things in great details.During the visit there was an unfortunate mistake where a gate was left open after we had warned about our dog, which resulted in an incident with a neighbor’s dog. What really stood out, though, was how the company handled it. They responded immediately, took responsibility, and reimbursed the veterinary bill without hesitation.Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds matters. Their professionalism and willingness to make things right left a very positive impression, and we would absolutely use them again.

Devan did an incredible job installing our new toilets. He was on time, professional, respectful of our home, and did quality work. He’ll be our new regular plumber and I’d recommend him and his company to anyone!

Master Plumber Devan did a fantastic job helping me sort out a leak in our backyard. Although the eventual conclusion was that the leak was originating elsewhere (ie. pool / sprinkler system), he did an extremely thorough job at testing our different plumbing joints and valves, and pressure testing our water lines from potential areas of failure in both directions, down to the city lines and up towards the house. While he had to dig down a few feet into the ground, he did a good job in trying to replace soil and sod, and keep the area as clean as possible. He also fixed one of our valve handles and adjusted other weakened areas in our pipe line that could be subject to failure in the near future. Overall I would absolutely use him again as he was responsive, professional, honest, had fair pricing, and clearly knew what he was doing. Thanks Aqua Pure!

Devon put in a new water heater, in a very timely fashion. I'd give him 6 stars but this only goes to 5. I have some other plumbing projects that will need done and when I save up, I will have Aqua Pure come do that work as well.

First, I agree without reservation the well earned 5 star reviews. If you are wondering if they can also handle a really big job, read on. It seems like no other reviewers called on Devon for a job like ours where a proper diagnoses and repair leaned on having a network of great professional contacts. Due to many really shoddy sewer system modifications, 120' feet of hand dug tunnel was needed to replace the entire sewer system under the slab foundation. Devon was able to pull together the group of experienced professionals needed for him to replace the sewage lines. Now after a year of the subsoil settling, the new system tested perfectly.

He helped us understand the process of replacing our old hot water heater and was incredibly thorough in explaining why we needed the upgrade and what our options were. He installed the new unit and organized the setup so well that the closet actually looks so much better and more organized and accessible than it did beforehand. Excellent service. I had a slab leak. Devan came out, detected the problem and gave a very reasonable estimate. He performed the work and even repaired a few extra troubled areas. The work was clean, efficient and professional. I will use Aqua Pure for all future plumbing projects.
