A bad set of circumstances created a large amount of broken pipes that needed to be fixed in a very short amount of time. When another plumber wanted to schedule me in a couple of weeks, Aqua Pure had the job started the very next day.Devan's quick response time & commitment to excellence meant so much as I was facing a tight deadline before closing on the house. The technician communicated throughout the process and explained things in great details.During the visit there was an unfortunate mistake where a gate was left open after we had warned about our dog, which resulted in an incident with a neighbor’s dog. What really stood out, though, was how the company handled it. They responded immediately, took responsibility, and reimbursed the veterinary bill without hesitation.Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds matters. Devan did an incredible job installing our new toilets. He was on time, professional, respectful of our home, and did quality work. He’ll be our new regular plumber and I’d recommend him and his company to anyone!

Master Plumber Devan did a fantastic job helping me sort out a leak in our backyard. Although the eventual conclusion was that the leak was originating elsewhere (ie. pool / sprinkler system), he did an extremely thorough job at testing our different plumbing joints and valves, and pressure testing our water lines from potential areas of failure in both directions, down to the city lines and up towards the house. While he had to dig down a few feet into the ground, he did a good job in trying to replace soil and sod, and keep the area as clean as possible. He also fixed one of our valve handles and adjusted other weakened areas in our pipe line that could be subject to failure in the near future. Overall I would absolutely use him again as he was responsive, professional, honest, had fair pricing, and clearly knew what he was doing. Thanks Aqua Pure!

Devon put in a new water heater, in a very timely fashion. I'd give him 6 stars but this only goes to 5. I have some other plumbing projects that will need done and when I save up, I will have Aqua Pure come do that work as well.
