Amazing to deal with these guys, just ring up and place an order and it is usually ready ontime and at a great cheap price. Not a big fan of having to place a order and paying upfront for material for jobs but every other place that does this in town do the same and steeline are by far the cheapest in the Riverina

Unfortunately, nice enough people, doesn't mean good service! I made the mistake of thinking if I went through a company like Steeline, it would be so much easier. I was soooo wrong! We had a shed build take a bit over 12mths which in itself is fine, but throughout the whole process, it seemed nobody wanted to take responsibility for what was happening (or what wasn't happening) & the issues with council. Having another home improvement build going through council at the same time, it was easy to compare service. In comparison, it would seem Steeline are almost out of their depth & only seem to care about the sale, not the service . The structure they have, means you are thousands out of pocket & still have no product! But then when questions are asked, the blame game starts. Thankfully there are a few good trades linked to Steeline. I can't recommend Troy Ashcroft Plumbing highly enough. He was super reliable & worth every dollar. If I had my time again, I would just go direct through the trades & either pay someone or deal with council myself. Don't make the same mistake as me. It will cost you more than money! Even if they did offer compensation for poor service (which they don't), they can't refund the stress!

Rang up for a quick quote on some plain unpunched c purlins and told I couldn't talk to anyone and needed to email through for any pricing. Poor customer service. Rang steel supplies instead

Ordered colourbond flashing, told it would be take two weeks to fold up, which was fine. Called back three weeks later to see where it was up to as they hadn’t called back, they hadn’t processed the order, so back in the line for a 2 week wait. Called back two weeks later, “Nah it’s going to be another week.” Called back a week later, “Yep we’re doing it this week, you can pick it up Thursday afternoon.” Went in Friday morning to pick it up “Nah it’s not done yet, come back after 2:00pm this afternoon.” I’m not sure if there is anyone better to go to for your steel and roofing, but I’m confident that you won’t find anyone worse.

Great service. Staff took time to explain options and offered clear answers to any questions I had. Far preferable experience to that of their main competitor who weren't helpful in the slightest. Highly recommended.

Very poor customer service at Wagga branch been waiting couple weeks for quote on new double garrage rang to be told they have been busy and would have quote emailed through by close of business today, well guess what no quote so will spend my hard earn money with more customer focus local company that gave me my quote on the spot & don't treat customers like fools.
