I called to ask a few questions and get some help, but the man who answered the phone was extremely rude, unhelpful, and even raised his voice at me. Based on that experience alone, I would not hire this company.The customer service was unacceptable, the pricing didn’t seem reasonable, and they do not honor the “free estimates” advertised on Google. Very disappointing experience overall.

I’m a single mom with a 2 month old and 7 year old at home. My refrigerator went out and my breast milk and all our food started to get warm and thaw out. Called Frank on a Tuesday and he was here, earlier than the 10:00 appt. on Wednesday, but he did call beforehand to make sure it was ok to come earlier. Went right to work on my microwave and he had the part he needed to make the repair. It took about 40 minutes for the repair which was great!5 stars and will definitely call again if anything breaks. Frank also works on HVAC systems!
