Well, when Frank arrived, around 7pm or so, my fridge wasn't cooling - broken. When he left around 8:45pm or so, the fridge WAS cooling - not broken. That's a job well-done in my book! And quite the pleasant gentleman, as well.

I called FM Appliances on a Saturday for repair in our refrigerator that had quit working. He came on the same day, diagnosed the problems, had all the parts and repaired it before he left. The initial diagnostic price seems like a good deal for $70. But when he went to test the compressor, he charged an extra $150 for maybe 15 minutes of work. Absolute rip off where most companies charge you $100 total for that full test diagnostic. He was also supposed to send an invoice and never did.
