Great Staff! Great Coaches to motivate you all the way! I joined OTF back in January and I absolutely love it! It’s a total body workout and guaranteed sweat 😓 at the end of an hour session. My favorite is the cardio portion which involves the high intensity intervals on the treadmill (faster pace that challenges you). I know it is going to help me out on my marathon this coming January 2023. Less

What I love about OTF is the high interval training and the group setting. One hour of an intense workout that the coaches push you to get your heart rate up and then bring it back down to burn more calories. I love this studio! Everyone here is awesome! Coach Jess and Coach Ernest are very motivating and hype you up during class! Highly recommend 10/10 !! Less
