Super professional! They were able to install new rollers in a sliding glass door from 1961, now it slides like butter! Installers were very pleasant, professional, efficient, and thoughtful doing the work, and office staff were very attentive with scheduling and insurance. March 2025.This review is about an honest company and a professional technician.For almost 1 month, I was looking for a company to replace a broken glass window.Finally, I found the GLASSPERTS.Licensed, insured and the technician EDDY is professional, polite and well mannered. Always show up on time.

These guys are rockstars. They really did earn their excellent reviews and 4.9 rating.It was super difficult to get multiple quotes for a repair job I needed because every other company I called was a rabbit hole of subcontractors of subcontractors of referral companies. Literally at the point that when technicians (from a different company) came, they couldn't tell me what company they worked for because they couldn't remember which alternate business name they came from.Not with Glassperts. They were the same company that answered the phone, that scheduled the consultation, that sent the quote and that performed the work. In fact, the same guy that came to give me the quote performed the work. Knowing that you're dealing with one company, and that they're the people they say that are means a lot in this industry.Apart from that, they did an excellent job. They sourced the replacement glass door that other companies said couldn't be purchased anymore (sliding glass door with white grid in the glass - see photos), they were very reasonably priced, they got it done in a reasonable amount of time (both in terms of fabrication of the replacement, and installation), and the workmanship was outstanding. To their credit, I even consider them having gone above and beyond, because besides replacing the glass panel, they also fixed the slide of the frame, which wasn't really in the scope.At all times, they came when they said they would, estimated time for fabrication was within the expectations they set, and the price didn't change from the time of acceptance.Shout out to Eddy and his assistant for and excellent installation, and to Mike for on-point management and administration.See photos for before and after.
