These guys are rockstars. They really did earn their excellent reviews and 4.9 rating.It was super difficult to get multiple quotes for a repair job I needed because every other company I called was a rabbit hole of subcontractors of subcontractors of referral companies. Literally at the point that when technicians (from a different company) came, they couldn't tell me what company they worked for because they couldn't remember which alternate business name they came from.Not with Glassperts. They were the same company that answered the phone, that scheduled the consultation, that sent the quote and that performed the work. In fact, the same guy that came to give me the quote performed the work. Knowing that you're dealing with one company, and that they're the people they say that are means a lot in this industry.Apart from that, they did an excellent job. They sourced the replacement glass door that other companies said couldn't be purchased anymore (sliding glass door with white grid in the glass - see photos), they were very reasonably priced, they got it done in a reasonable amount of time (both in terms of fabrication of the replacement, and installation), and the workmanship was outstanding. To their credit, I even consider them having gone above and beyond, because besides replacing the glass panel, they also fixed the slide of the frame, which wasn't really in the scope.At all times, they came when they said they would, estimated time for fabrication was within the expectations they set, and the price didn't change from the time of acceptance.Shout out to Eddy and his assistant for and excellent installation, and to Mike for on-point management and administration.See photos for before and after. Absolutely incredible, fast, and amazing work. Juan showed up and in 5 minutes knew exactly what he needed to do. The sliding glass door wouldn’t even move and now it’s like butter. Guess who had to call the Glassperts back out to their home less than a year later?.... We did!... Apparently a rock got caught up in the riding mower machine and struck out back patio glass door and cracked it, AGAIN! It's hard to believe this is the same thing that happened the first time. Because I let them know it was a safety/security issue for me, they rearranged their schedule and came out to my home immediately. They did an inspection and provided me with an estimate and had my custom glass available in record breaking time. Mike was a pleasure to work with. On our first encounter he provided excellent customer service, and his outstanding customer service remained to be true because it he and his team was even better than before! While I pray and hope I won't need a repair for the third time, on the same door, I can assure you if I do... the Glassperts will be the only people I call ;) Less

I had two occasions to use Glassperts. The first one was an emergency and the second one was an impossible problem.The emergency was about a year ago when sound waves from Thunder blew out four of my windows. They were immediately responsive and even work the weekend to get the job done and get my house secure again. They even juggled different crews to schedule me in.The second occasion was this week when very large interior sliding glass panels became stuck and immovable in their tracks. I'm very good at fixing things and solving problems but I did not have a clue how to do this without breaking the glass panels. I contacted Glasspurts who came out right away and assessed the problem. There was truly about a 1 and 100 chance that it could be fixed without breaking the panels but I took a shot. They came back with the supplies that they needed, unbelievably figured out how to remove the jam and got everything fixed. Not only that, they did extra work to make sure things function better than before. Of course they cleaned up meticulously and these guys are great to work with.One of the best things I like about working with them is they give you a price ahead of time and fully disclosed everything they should. All the companies I called for estimates wanted to sell me hurricane windows for my whole house; only the Glassperts respected my request.The service was incredible. I live in Boynton Beach, and there are a few locations and so I guess the closet one to me serviced me. A crack in a bedroom window was getting worse and finally split and cracked. It was Sunday evening and with all the rain we have been having, I was not happy. I called Glassperts after reading reviews on Monday and was scheduled for Tuesday. I had the pleasure of speaking and setting everything up for their free inspection with Mike. He was incredibly helpful and very kind. I was having trouble finding someone who had my sliding door glass size in stock as it was considered “non-standard” and fortunately, these guys actually had it in stock and fixed my sliding door the same day within in an hour. ( PLEASE READ COMPLETE POST) Because of problems beyond MY control, The work could not be done. BUT… If YOU need to Hire a company for Sliding Glass Doors, I suggest you choose The GLASSPERTS! WHY do I recomend a company that could not do the JOB because of a Problem I had? Well, because simply they did something that 99.9% of of other companies don’t do. The Glassperts had to special order a part and I paid 50%. When I told them the Job could not be done, They offered me a FULL refund, even though they had to make a special order…. And NOBODY in the city of Miami does that. So, in conclusion. These are very serious and professional people and they will go the extra Mile to perform the BEST service possible!
