Having had some incredibly horrendous experiences with OT’s and their knowledge of Dementia. I was extremely impressed with Lily Napier, she listened, evaluated and comprehended what was required. There was so much to cover. She was patient but most of all, she had knowledge of what was suitable and needed.We have finally found our go to OT! Keep up the great work! I will certainly be referring you to others who are self managing their Aged Care Packages under the new Support at Home program and AT-HM program.
