I'm a grumpy old disabled Marine vet. These coaches are very patient and enthusiastic on helping me with my journey to regain fitness. I would recommend this place to any age in any stage of their fitness journey.

I absolutely love everything about this gym! The coaches are awesome and so are the workouts! The coaches are so encouraging and really make me want to push myself more. I highly recommend Monroe Fit Body Boot Camp to everyone!
