I had such a great experience with my orthodontist. I recently got braces to align my bottom teeth, and the process has been smooth and reassuring from start to finish. The team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’m already excited to see the progress and couldn’t be happier with my decision. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever recieved in my life , no compassion , empathy or understanding to customers . If you’re looking for a business to just care about money this is the place . They charge 25 dollars if your late doesn’t matter if someone die you paying it , 25 dollars for not making an appointment and when you email management no response sent email since January 26, 2026 no response . Then I drove an hour and half only for th to tell me that my son won’t be seen . Crazy work next is better business bureau
