We stopped by here after reading other reviews and they were on the spot with their reviews. I believe we’re found our New Mexican restaurant. The food was fabulous 🤪🤪🤪. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. You cannot leave here still hungry as they give you a lot. The chips and salsa were amazing, just how I like mine. Love their chips because they are on the thick side again just how I like them because they don’t break off when you dip for salsa. January 18,2026

This is my favorite Mexican food restaurant in Indy. They never have a wait, even if they’re packed and the service is always top tier. Everyone I’ve told about this place has thanked me! I’ve tried to go back to my normal place since finding Abuelitos, but they don’t even compare anymore

It's hard trying a new place to eat sometimes. The fajitas were very good for 8.99 on a Tuesday. Even more impressed was there salsa cold storage all organized niceva neat and the cleanliness of their restrooms.

I ordered a steak fajitas you can see in the picture. There is really no steak except for very little pieces that you have to work really hard to find the vegetables.
