When it was determined she wasn’t going to be able to sign her name, he looked “outside the box” for other options to ensure we were able to get this document signed for a loan that was closing. He was able to confirm with the appropriate people that if she signed her name with an “x” that would be sufficient as long as two other people signed on her behalf that were not related to her.
