Zero starts I bought a car from these guys and it broke within the first month, and they wanted me to pay for the issue, that same car kept breaking down and leaving me stranded over and over again after they “fixed it” they refused to take the car back from me, after threatening to get a lawyer involved they finally offered to give me a different car after months of it being in the shop, but they gave me 15,000 in negative equity from the bad car they sold me. So I lost 15,000 dollars on a car that never worked. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! they are very scandalous and sell bad cars horrible people

I have a 2025 Equinox. We bought the extended warranty and everything that was offered. I had an error light come on for the transmission and emission systems. We live in Liberal, so I called to make an appointment as my son was to take my car to Denver this weekend. I was worried that if i drove it far that it might cause damage. I called on June 22 and was told the soonest they could look at it was July 7. I called the dealer in Garden and got it in on the 23rd…. It turned out that the systems were needing updated. So, within an hour I was happily driving out of the dealership.This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened in the last year. We also have a Chevy, 3/4 ton, 4 wheel drive. We didn’t know what was wrong with it. We had to wait a few days to get it in. They had it at least a week with no contact from them. We called a few times and was told that they hadn’t gotten to it yet or didn’t know what was wrong. We finally went in to the service department because we needed it for farm use. They said they would get to it that day. We got a call and said the def system was not regenning. We picked it up the next day. It wasn’t long before it started again. back up Called again to make an appointment. We were told it would be several days. Again, we called garden and they got it in the next day. It turned out it was only a sensor that was bad. I would really like to support our local dealership but this is ridiculous.

Can’t test drive a vehicle even if you provide your ID email and proof of insurance they badger you for a phone number. Sales manager had a “it my way or the highway” attitude, Instantly got a bad vibe the minute he sat down. Walked without even test driving.
