Had a good experience with the sales person Gisel Morales . She was nice, helpful and respectful. But with the financing manager ( Mikel Manning), not so much . I showed up pre- approved and he tricked me into running my credit score after I had told him I didn’t want my credit ran. He said to trust him that he wasn’t going to do that. When he went back to his office I quickly received the notification from Credit Karma that a hard inquiry for my credit had happened. He wasn’t able to complete the loan he wanted me to get (even tho I wasn’t looking for one through their dealership), so I stayed with the pre-approval of my own. Besides that little hick up it was a good place to buy a car, everyone was helpful and friendly.

Really liked the salesperson we visited with but after being very patient waiting on the manager, his offer was honestly insulting. I'm unsure why, when we desired no payments, they chose to push so heavy on financing. Most of our experience was great until that point and if you're financing, they definitely want your business.
