Let me start off telling you, I'm extremely picky when it comes to my window tinting. Sophie and Yonisa absolutely blew my expectations out of the park. Not only with the quality craftsmanship, but the knowledge and expertise was second to none. First and foremost, I want to give a big shoutout to Yonisa and her team for doing an INCREDIBLE job on my 2026 Subaru Forester. I came into this process knowing little to none about tint. The goal was to use a ceramic IR tint to reduce heat and UV rays from entering my car. I called a few different shops in my area and within a few minutes of speaking to Yonisa on the phone, I knew there is where I would be bringing my vehicle. She is such a wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and professional person. I was immediately impressed with the way she handles customer service, the time she spent with me on the phone answering all of my questions and even going steps further by educating me on relevant topics I hadn’t even thought of. I arrived at her shop around 4:00 and was welcomed with an infectious smile and absolute class. I had no other means of transportation so I opted to hang out at the shop while her team completed the job. We shared such a pleasant conversation for about an hour, talking about her journey into the tint industry, my line of work, life experiences, and more. When the tint was finished, about an hour less than what she quoted me, I took a look at the final product. What an incredible job!! I am so thrilled with the level of quality and attention to detail! Not a single imperfection.
