En review over cardio combat? Dat is niet zo heel moeilijk…Ik vind de begeleiding van Bas echt fantastisch!! Ik voel me bij hem erg op mijn gemak. Hij is serieus in zijn werk maar doet dit met veel humor! Op deze manier laat hij mij het gevoel geven er echt te mogen zijn.Door hem ben ik echt gaan groeien met mijn conditie maar ook in mijn social skills. Vond het aan het begin erg spannend, maar hij trekt erg leuke en gezellige mensen aan waardoor het steeds leuker word!Bas, bedankt voor alles. Je bent echt een topper!!!

Hij staat altijd voor je klaar en je merkt aan alles dat hij je echt wilt helpen om JOU doel te behalen.De sportschool is compact maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens de training.De trainingen zijn gevarieerd aan oefeningen en zo houd Bas het heel leuk.Ik zou het echt aanraden om hier een proefles te nemen.Zodra je binnen loopt het je de 1ste stap van je doel al behaald.Succes.

I started my training in April with Cardio Combat and since then I never skipped a session. My goal is to build muscle and lose weight and Cardio Combat helped me achieve this goal. Consistency is key. The sessions are intense and that is what keeps me going. Bastien is a great coach and even an amazing person and he will help everyone to reach their goal.
