Silverback Insulation LLC is an excellent company for insulation work (removal and/or new insulation). The total ceiling area of our house is about 3000 sq ft, and we wanted all the original insulation removed after solar panels were installed so that we could run Cat 6 and other cables from corners of the house. Silverback did an incredible job removing all the original insulation on the first day. After we installed the cables, Silverback returned and installed new insulation on the following day. Their initial estimate and final price were spot on with no hidden costs or changes. Actually, after removing the original insulation, they told us that we didn’t need any new baffles and reduced the final cost considerably. If you’re looking for an honest company with integrity, decades of experience, and exceptional customer service, Silverback Insulation LLC is the contractor you’re looking for!

Great interaction with Silverback, the estimator took his time and found flaws in our current insulation situation and made several recommendations to ensure we had adequate coverage. The installation process was great, the team worked great on the project and finished pretty quickly, in spite of working around a kitchen remodel process also happening that same day. Installer assured us office will send photos of the work for our records. Thank you, Jody.

We recently had spray foam insulation installed in our metal building, and Mark & his crew did an excellent job! His workmanship was outstanding, he was professional and paid great attention to detail. The cleanup was immaculate, and everything was left spotless. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Mark at Silverback to anyone needing spray foam insulation. We passed inspection the very next day. We also were impressed with the VA discount.

We started looking for an insulation company nearby and had difficulty finding a company to respond so we started looking at companies farther away and found Silverback. We are so glad we did. They were very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. They provided a very reasonable estimate and scheduled us within 2 business days. The installers were prompt and prepared. They provided pics at the time of the estimate showing areas that were only at R-3 and other areas that were just slightly low. After service, they provided additional pics showing that all areas were up to or exceeding R-38. Great service! We highly recommend Silverback.

The Silverback team gave us a reasonable bid, which we accepted. The team showed up right on time and worked hard to complete the job on the projected time. The team was great to work with and ended the job by cleaning up and leaving the site clean. I highly recommend them.

I recently bought a new house and needed insulation blown in as there wasn’t any to speak of based on my inspection report. I called SilverBack and explained the heat situation in my house. The whole team was very kind and came out quickly and took care of my needs. They are honest and fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

A two-man crew with one commanding Silverback presence arrived at our dock and flawlessly completed a project that turned out a thousand times better than we had envisioned. Silverback Insulation insulated our dock’s metal ceiling with closed-cell spray foam and applied a flame-control coating in our chosen tinted color. It’s difficult to express the absolute professionalism of this company without writing several paragraphs. From their pleasant, professional demeanor to the long, arduous 12-hour days they worked in feels-like temperatures reaching 100 degrees—all while carefully protecting the surrounding natural habitat—the Silverback crew executed a spectacular project for us.Now, for the first time since purchasing our Shearwater X22, we can drop it and hop in—no more hosing off mud daubers or wading through the countless webs and egg sacs left behind by dock spiders! Thanks to Silverback, we’ve happily reclaimed our dock space and are using it more often now that it’s cleaner, more comfortable and noticeably cooler!

Silverback was angel sent to say the least. From the moment they answered my call requesting info to Greg coming out to my home to give us a free estimate to their final day onsite finishing the job, everything was done professionally, I was treated kindly, and Greg explained every step of the process with detail. Our situation was a bit unique since we are medically sensitive and Greg was so considerate in avoiding contamination of our living space, helped us with using the right products for cleaning and sealing our attic and gave me all of the reassurance needed to make me feel comfortable with the products we were choosing. I won’t ever get tired of recommending Greg and his team to family and friends. So grateful to have been given his contact info and reaching out to him. Hopefully, I don’t ever have to redo our attic again but if I ever do, I won’t hesitate to call Silverback.

Very happy with insulation over lanai & garage.Highly recommend.

Silverback Insulation took care of the area above the garage. When I first called it was so nice to speak with an actual person. Jodi set up a time for Greg to come to the house, take a look at the space and give us a quote. We had talked with other contractors but Greg’s knowledge, experience and the extra steps he was going to use made it a no brainer to choose his company. They did exactly what they said they would. We will definitely recommend them.

I needed a small repair job after an incorrectly installed hot water heater destroyed an area of crawlspace insulation. The team did a great job with the work. Silverback Insulation was the only group to give me an honest and reasonable estimate. They answered every question I had (and I had a lot of questions) both before and after the repair. The whole team was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me so I could get the repairs done with the budget I had. Fantastic company. I am a customer for life. I highly recommend them after having 5 other companies provide estimates for this project. Two companies I talked to wanted to sprayfoam the entire crawlspace which would have been more expensive and caused more damage to my house long term not to mention make it impossible to do any repairs or renovations that would involve the sub floor (like adding a mud room wash area that I'm planning on). The other companies all wanted to redo the entire crawlspace for about $10k - $15k which is way over our budget at the moment. Silverback Insulation got my house back together when I was running out of options and couldn't do the work myself. They even cleaned up some of the mess from the water mitigation crew we had our. I can't recommend them enough. 11/10

Contacted 3 companies for a quote, and Silverback Insulation was one the one we decided to hire. The owner Greg came out to our home in Port Orange and personally scoured the entire attic. He was the only individual of the three companies who actually went through the entire attic. He provided great detail where the original home builder failed to install any insulation and recommend how much was needed to bring the insulation value to R44. Greg was also aware we had just purchased the home, and the HVAC was working overtime to keep up. He had a full schedule but decided to work on Saturday to help us out and get the job done. No need to call anyone else, Silverback Insulation is the only company to choose. Exceeded our expectations!!!!Glenn & Sheila H.
