This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Lisa was so informative and professional, she listened to my needs and my visions for my home. She knew exactly what product to show me. I have two big dogs so I needed a more durable product that allowed me to wipe them down when necessary but still look nice and fit well with my home asthetics. We went through colors and designs, how much light we should let in. Her suggestions and knowledge were incedible. I was kept up to date on the process from start to finish, even got messages when the blinds were in production. When Lisa and her son RJ came to install the blinds, I was more than impressed. They were so thorough and organized, they had all 14 blinds installed in an hour. The product is beyond perfect, far surpassed my expectations of what I invisioned. Lisa's expertise is a rare find. I couldn't be happier with the process, the product, the end results and the amazing customer service.

After almost 5 years one of our blinds failed and would not go up. I called Budget Blinds and they instantly ordered a remake. I was told it would be 5 or 6 weeks but within 2 weeks I received a call that it was there. I picked it up and had it up within an hour. The blind was still under warranty so no charge. Excellent service.

We are extremely pleased with our blinds. Lisa quickly determined the type of blind that would best suit our needs. We were given a set of temporary blinds to use till ours came in which was appreciated. Priscilla in the office was very helpful, and professional in sorting out an issue we were having. Leslie is very efficient at installing them, and before you know it they are up! Price was very reasonable.
