The masseur was a lady that was not very friendly and at one point pulled my shirt to massage my neck and ear area, so weird! The chiropractor was okayish, was kid friendly and did my x ray and did adjustment on my neck on both sides and on my back on both sides, thatās all. Its day 2 today and I am a little sore but they informed me that this might happen and that I should feel better after a while so we will see but overall I had a good experience and will be going in again next week! Then after my appointment I saw on Facebook a $21 new patient special which included exam and X-ray and hydro massage. When I called the dr to see about getting refunded the difference he told me that is a different exam. So be careful you are getting the right exam and paying the right price. To me seem fraudulent.EDIT- I was not trying to get a āfree serviceā after the fact. I was willing to pay $35 copay for the adjustment and $21 for the exam and X-rays and hydro massage. Do I was only asking for a refund of $33, which is $89-$21- $36= $33.The fact I was originally told they accept my insurance and it would only be a $35 copay, I was still paying more than I was told.What really concerned me was when I was told the Facebook $21 was a different exam. Again not straightforward in types of exams and pricing. They seem to make up different pricing to get what they want. Just be sure you know what exam you are Getty and what the price will be. They both LISTENED to what brought me in. I did not feel rushed and they both intently listened and took notes about my condition. Dr. Zukeran did a great job of talking to me about my personal life, what could be contributing to my back stress, and gave me recommendation for stretches and other issue spots.I've seen several chiropractors before and Dr. Zukeran is definitely one of the best.
