Sammy at Cal Heights Construction is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and he explains everything and communicates and gets back to you right away. Sammy is prompt and does beautiful work. I had him put in two new faucets in our guest bathroom. They look beautiful and work great. I am so happy! I am going to have him come back to fix a few more things in our home soon.

I am renting out this property and now live pretty far away, Sammy was extremely communicative and helpful. Found ways to work around my schedule and get the job done. I'm still absolutely floored he got everything done in one day, it wasn't an absolutely long list by any means, but I struggled so much finding the sliding glass door handle, that I gave up. Hence looking for someone else to do it.The price was tough, but I appreciated so much that he came from Bakersfield out to California City, and I think thw work completed, efficiently, was worth it overall. Thank you so much Sammy for helping me get one step closer to this house being perfect for a tenant.Items requested1. New Blinds install2. Replace sliding glass door handle3. Swap a/c filter4. Replace LED light above fireplaceSammy even provided pictures of resetting the alarm for the home. Amazing service, I'm very thankful.
