All we can say is wow, wow, wow! This company is unreal on all levels from reception to the technicians and the director.We are planning to sell and wanted to fix up a number of issues to make our home function the way that it should. This included relocating a CCTV security camera, replacing/upgrading our intercom, relocating a sensor for home alarm (installing a bracket away from the very corner) to allow for ceiling to floor curtains we will be installing, identification of an Optus co-axial data cable (coming from the street) running 80 volts (which we are calling to notify and resolve), and most importantly identification of a cat 5 network cable that had been incorrectly split for usage by the broadband and the cctv, successfully resolved (cable replaced) and resulting in much faster internet speeds. Their commercial knowledge is brilliant!What stood out to us most was the communication and structure of the business. Jason the director was prepared to and came onsite to oversee the project. He is extremely professional and easy to liaise with. You can see how well the business functions based on how well he treats his staff (that was our impression based on the activities for the day at our home).Jack was the main technician doing the ground work and supervising the more junior technicians - they were all working very hard and patiently through the challenges which came up, also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to.There wasn’t anything of concern that the guys couldn’t work out how to resolve and we were so grateful that their excellent pricing was retained for works which had to be completed over a couple of days. They made us a priority given our plans to paint the home and have a trade fill any holes in the wall from the relocated devices, plus they communicated very well with the curtain specialist who attended on the day to scope the space required.If any extra work was required on the day, after inspection, Jason always quoted me first, seeking my approval before going ahead.Before anything was actioned, we would like to give a big shout out to Megan in the admin team. Over emails and the phone, she reflected a friendly, professional and efficient attitude in responding to our enquiry, providing quotes in comms with the technicians/director and adjusting as developments arose.We will be returning to Modern Electrical when we settle in our next residence.
