I contacted modern after several attempts at charging my new car and having the switch in my house short circuit. After calling a few places I tried modern. I spoke with Megan who was a delight to speak with, she is very well spoken with clear English and a friendly phone manner. Megan was able to liaise with the team and sent me a quote within half an hour of our conversation. I was pretty happy with the price quoted, when I spoke with Megan again she let me know they had a cancellation for the next day. Nathan was able to arrive ahead of schedule, he completed the job which was a new power point on a separate switch, which I would use to charge my new electric hybrid car. The job was completed within the quoted timeframe, he removed the rubbish and left the area tidy. There was minimal disruption with the power only needing to be off for less than an hour. I definitely will use Modern again and hope to deal with both Megan and Nathan again, which in my opinion are both a wonderful asset to the Modern team.

The guys were wonderful. Great service which was simple and didn't take long. The only disappointment was that not long after they left, the cables dropped from behind the tv to be visible again, which dampered the hidden cable concept. We have since done our best to secure them. Just a little disappointing but overall very happy and will happily use these guys again

The team arrived bright and early to carry out primarily a new oven and cooktop installation. They ran into a couple of issues on the way, but Jason was soon out to get on the tools as well and after some soul searching both items were installed and are working. Have not used the oven for a roast yet! The other items were installed and including some updates to the board to bring everything in line with requirements. Great work and service.
