Excellent company. Easy to work with, on time, good warranty, professional. We had a small issue after install that was covered under warranty and they quickly came out and fixed it, no questions asked. The quality and appearance of our shower glass and door are top notch. I would give zero stars if I could. I coordinated a project with Shawn to install a glass partition in a brand-new build in Lone Tree. During the quoting process, I was specifically told they would coordinate with a carpet company to create the necessary seam in the carpet so the channel for the glass walls could be installed properly.The day of the installation, GCS showed up and asked why the carpet company had not come out yet. I pulled up the text messages clearly stating that they would coordinate that service themselves. Suddenly it became a “misunderstanding.”The bigger issue is the complete lack of accountability. You’re not dealing directly with owners or actual employees — you’re dealing with a phone answering/sales service that passes information around poorly. Communication was disorganized, and expectations were not managed.This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would not use this company again.
