I LOVE this place. I might have a slight tea addiction too, but Jacob makes the atmosphere so warm and inviting. I spend most of the morning on my days off hanging out in the shop. Highly recommend the Sunset Beach and Gummi Bear loaded teas!

I recently had gastric bypass i have been on liquids and slowly approaching my next stage of puree foods. I went into the shop explained my situation and the owner himself made me a butter pecan within my limits. So heavenly to have a treat. Thank you. I definitely recommend this place.

Had just finished a workout and needed a good, healthy protein shake. One I didn’t have to make lol. First time in and highly recommend! Met the owner of the shop Faith. Such a great spirit that filled the room. Treated as if you were known there, which was very welcoming. I got the butterfinger shake and a tea because I was suffering after that workout. Great locally owned spot!

Great quality shakes and super friendly service. Faith was very engaging and helped out with the menu since it was my first time here. Showed me the process and ingredients they used. She is definitely informative and is very passionate. I've been a customer of Tropical Smoothie King for several years now and I have never received this type of treatment/service. Off The Rail Nutrition should be everyone's go to place for their healthy smoothie/tea fix!

Stopped in earlier this summer, absolutely delicious and loaded with protein. That being said, and having 2 decades experienced with counting macros, these are not friendly if you’re tracking numbers. The one I got was amazing and delicious but loaded with sugar, chocolate and more ingredients than I counted on. Very much could be substituted as an entire meal possibly several. But if you want something that will fill you up and hit some protein numbers during bulking season this place is a great spot. If you’re counting macros and looking for lean options just be aware.
