These guys really are the best! Our 1936 house badly needed exterior paint - Luis's quote was reasonable and very thoroughly explained so we knew what the cost covered. Turned out they did WAY more than quoted for - there were several places where elderly siding was rotted through, only hidden by the cosmetic paint from the previous owner. The Lobato crew fixed EVERYTHING, at very reasonable additional charge. The work itself is excellent - careful and precise and tidy. They tidied up every day, and at the end they thoroughly cleaned EVERYTHING. I recommend them 110% and would hire them again in a heartbeat if I needed ANY work done. You simply can't go wrong with these guys, they are the best in every way.

We were SO lucky to hire these guys! Right from the start the estimate was clear and detailed, and when the work started it was obvious they really knew what they were doing. Not just painting - the prep work was very thorough, and they found some places that needed additional repair that likely has saved us a lot of money by getting ahead of damage. They provided photographs all during the process so we could see what was being done, the workers were clean and tidy and very hard working. Price was entirely reasonable - roughly in the middle of the quotes we collected, and DEFINITELY a bargain for the quality of the work. If I ever need any work done that they include in their portfolio, they will be the first people we call. I really don't think you could go wrong.

Luis and his crew are wonderful. They painted a new garage door and my living room. They are very professional from prep to finish masking off switches, fixtures and protecting floors and clean up when they are finished. The results are beautiful. I will definitely be hiring them again.

I highly recommend Lobato. They repaired our stucco and window sills, while doing an outstanding job painting the interior and exterior of our home. Lobato Painting's people were neat and clean, and did small extra jobs as requested. Luis, the owner, and his staff are quality painters and they are easy to work with.

Luis and his crew did a great job for us. We had them paint our kitchen and bathroom. We were staying here while the work was going on. Always respectful and unobtrusive. In addition to the painting they refinished and sealed our large deck. Taking extra care with all the prep work. 5 Stars! Definitely my first call the next time we need a painter

Luis and his team did a fantastic job on my vintage Victorian home: not only fixing a number of flaws in the woodwork but meticulously painting with five different colors to achieve the perfect balance of color and trim. Every step of the process was clearly outlined, his team was hardworking, punctual, neat and, most importantly, respectful of the neighbors.
