Extremely disappointed with the services I received today. To start, the employee that was sent out was not one of the owners (who I spoke to on the phone during all of this and seemed to be very nice guys). However, the employee showed up at the wrong address, and was then late to the appointment. He begins work on the van and after 1 hour, calls me outside to tell me that the cleaning is taking longer than he expected and I will have to pay more money to complete the services that the package outlined. I chose a 2 hour package, looking to have the interior wiped down and vacuumed well. I am 8 months pregnant and am unable to do the cleaning myself. He explained that there was an EXCESSIVE amount of gunk in the cup holders and garbage on the floor. (One cup holder had had some whipping cream stuck in it from a Starbucks drink - that was it). And the garbage was cleared as I'd spent time cleaning all of it out myself the week prior. (With the exception of a little bit that would have been under the rear seats.) He proceeded to tell me that I'd need to pay approximately $50 more if I wanted him to finish what he was doing OR $110 more for the same quality of the package I'd ordered. I went back to the website and confirmed there is NO listing different prices for the same package. At that time I asked to speak with the owner, who both called me to discuss the concerns. The cleaner then went on a break and was gone for half an hour. By the time he came back, the decision was, he would complete the 2 hours as the services outlined online however it would only be a moderate job. So, after all that, the van is cleaned "ok". There is still marking on much of the floor, I went through and picked up leftover crap left in the car, there is something sprayed on the interior of the windshield that I need to now wash out AND, I didn't even receive the services as advertised. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I give koodos to the owner Ethan who called me apologetically and were able to at least agree on how to complete the service. However, I won't be going out of my way to hire them again unfortunately.
