The Trout on Inn was the perfect venue for the wedding and reception of our daughter and her now husband. The location and sights were beautiful, the cabins and other rooms were comfortable and well stocked, and the reception barn and food were perfect! The food…I can’t even explain or express how amazing it all tasted!!! I’m so grateful to the entire Trout on Inn crew for helping to create the perfect atmosphere for the wedding and celebration!

We did the WY knot package. The cabin was clean and orderly and suited or needs well. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The provided meals were excellent. The fishing guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great experience.

Kristin is the owner this is a family business, she and her husband are amazing and friendly people, My fiance and I had to have a last minute small wedding ceremony, from the beginning she reached out after we filled the tour form and scheduled very quickly our visit, within 1-2 weeks after the visit we had the ceremony, she helped by giving ideas since we didn't know exactly what we wanted and gave amazing insight, for 6 people total we booked the lodge that has rooms attached to it and she made sure to clean everything and get everything neat and perfect for our arrival, everything very well explained and on time, we had the best meal she herself and her family prepared for us after the ceremony, the best Mac and cheese and pulled pork I ever had, the side dishes was also amazing coleslaw and potato salad and green fresh salad, she did way beyond we asked and paid for she bought us a cake for the ceremony, not only that but she offered to take pictures of the ceremony for us also she made suggestions of poses and showed us how to do it she let clear she is not a pro but personally I believe she is just being modest cause she knows what she is doing, they were extremely helpful and warm towards us the whole time we were there, many many thanks to Kristin and her family we are speechless till now for everything you guys done for us, next summer we want to bring the parents and family to join us in a guided fishing on Trout on in, I wish them the best and that they business keep thriving more and more. We had a wonderful experience at the Trout on Inn! The cabins were very nice and the scenery was beautiful. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Casper. The proximity to town as well as Alcova Lake was perfect.

Where do I begin. Check in was super easy and fun filled. Nothing but laughs and a good time. Follow it up with our Cabin. So beautiful and comfy. Spent two nights and was completely comfortable and cozy. The views are beautiful all day. Can’t beat the sunrise and sunset either. The river is right there to practice incase you’re drifting the river as well. Highly recommend and will be returning again.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and opted in for the meal package. The cabin was immaculate and well stocked. All were warm, friendly and inviting. Meals were truly home cooked with obvious care and pride. The food was more than plentiful even for this chow hound. They were also very flexible. Everyone there does everything they can to accommodate you. Very attentive yet respectful of your privacy. This has become a new yearly destination for us. Yes, this is a rave as we can't say enough.

Great staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner with some of the staff, it was great, they gave us information about the area and it was like eating with long time friends. The cabins and lodge were very clean and very well maintained.

We stayed at Trout On Inn for most of our 8 day fly fishing trip. The location is great being right off of the river. While we didn't fish the water right in front of the cabin, just being close to it and taking in the wildlife before traveling to our actual fishing spots was a great way to start the day. Apparently we got unlucky with 2 power outages, but the staff was super accommodating during this time and provided water and lanterns. The power outages were area-wide and not related to Trout On Inn. The best thing about the cabin was the very cool AC. A neighboring competitor down the street did not have this luxury. Trout On was much cheaper as well! Highly recommend! The only negative was the horribly maintained dirt road off of the highway down to the cabins, but that isn't Trout On's fault!

Went on a half day float with my 14 y.o. son and stayed the night in a cabin. The whole experience was incredible. Our guide was Forrest. Great guy who really worked with my son and I to make sure we learned all we could (we've only fly-fished one other time), and had a great time. Not only do I recommend the cabins, but I'll ask for Forrest if we go again.

Very nice cabins with Air Conditioning, very comfortable. The venue for our daughter's wedding was fantastic. Great main house with plenty of room for guest and cooking. The wedding area has plenty of room for seating and the reception barn is great. All around very beautiful scenery and excellent accommodation for a wedding! I believe you have earned the 5 stars, but I am reserving that until the wedding is over... Stay tuned! 🙂

One of my favourite venues in Natrona County! I have been doing events for almost 30 years and it is always clean well kept and just absolutely stunning! The owners are super easy to work with. If you are getting married I strongly suggest you check out the Trout on Inn 1st!! 😍💖

My nice and her husband got married here it's a beautiful place!! The wedding was outside and they had a big shop that the reception was held in, they had a beautiful house that the bride and her brides maids got ready in right next to where the wedding took place!! They also rent cabins and have parking for campers, we really enjoyed our time there would definitely recommend the Trout on inn to others!

Stayed here overnight to do a float trip the next day. They were very accommodating and friendly. The cabin itself was very well kept and perfect, also a short walk from where we needed to be for the morning float. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
