They were called out as a part of our consumers energy warranty program. The technician lied to my wife and said there's no repair to our A/C and quoted an astronomical price to replace. We called around and found another company who confirmed a more budget friendly repair to get us through the season. We'll eventually need a new HVAC system. But we won't be calling these guys. Don't lie, and tell your customers all their options. It might lead to return service in the future.
